As a Site Services Team Member, you’ll help build, maintain, and break down the infrastructure that keeps Poacher 2026 running like a well-oiled machine! From setting up before the adventure begins, to keeping things in top shape during the event, and packing it all away after—your hard work will ensure thousands of Scouts and Guides have the experience of a lifetime.

Applicants must be or become adult members of The Scout Association and/or Guide Association, including completion of DBS check and complete mandatory ongoing learning including Safety, Safeguarding, First Aid and Data Protection.
